**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients (buyers and investors) through cold calling, following up on inbound inquiries.
- Pitch property options to clients, handle objections, and use persuasive sales techniques to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Schedule meetings or property viewings for clients with the sales team or property managers.
- chieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets, reporting on sales performance and client interactions regularly to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- A passion for real estate and a desire to grow within the industry.

Pay: ₹8,344.66 - ₹28,519.53 per month
