**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Work closely with US clients and understand job requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of US IT recruitment experience (freshers welcome).
- Knowledge of US job market, visas (H1B, GC, OPT), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) is a plus.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in night shifts (EST/PST time zones).
