The following are the Key responsibilities for this job:

- Responsible for NTA area/parking area execution and handing over.
- Responsible for external development execution and handing over.
- Responsible for Landscape execution and its handing over
- should have experience in large-scale Landscape work execution, including different types of amenities.
- Clubhouse - capable of handling all types of civil and high-end finishing activities including swimming pool work.
- Should have experience in complete handing over of projects.
- Must be strong in drawing study
- Responsible for coordination with all stakeholders, like external and internal dept. and consultants.
- Day-to-day coordination with all vendors.
- Material management.
- Handling all types of day-to-day execution documentation work, billing, contract documentation work etc.
