**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome)

**About the Role**:
This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

**2. Cold Outreach & Client Engagement**
- Introduce company products/services and understand customer needs to offer suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings to pitch offerings.

**3. Sales & Conversions**
- Present company services to prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals in a professional manner.

**4. Follow-Up & Relationship Management**
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in CRM.

**5. Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies and ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (GoHighLevel) and Google Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
