You support our team as PROFESSIONAL - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Administration and configuration of the SAP C4C system. - Ensuring smooth operation and system availability. - Analysing, adapting, and optimizing SAP C4C processes. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement requirements. - Monitoring interfaces with other systems and ensuring data integrity. - Performing regular system updates and implementing new functionalities. - Developing solutions to automate workflows and processes. - Proactively analysing and resolving issues to minimize system disruptions. - Conducting user training sessions and providing technical support. **Qualifications**: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. - Solid experience with SAP C4C. - Knowledge of integrating SAP C4C with external systems. - Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. - Proficiency in written and spoken English.
