**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive

**Location**: Jaipur (Work From Office)
**Work Days & Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM

**Role Overview**

DCS Technosis Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an **Tele Caller Executive** to support our software and IT projects. The role focuses on assisting the project team, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and technical teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist project managers in **planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks**.
- Maintain project documentation, including **task sheets, progress reports, and client communications**.
- Coordinate between **development (backend/frontend) and design teams** for timely project delivery.
- Follow up on **project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines**.
- Support in **preparing presentations, project proposals, and progress reports**.
- Ensure proper documentation of **project issues, feedback, and solutions**.
- Help in **testing coordination and deployment schedules** (minor hands-on assistance).

**Core Skills & Requirements**
- Strong **English communication skills** (verbal & written) for client and team interaction.
- Basic understanding of **software development lifecycle** (backend/frontend processes).
- Familiarity with **project tracking tools** (Trello, Jira, Google Workspace, MS Office).
- Good **organization, time management, and multitasking** abilities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum **1 years of experience** in IT project coordination, software assistance, or project support role.
