**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures
- Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports summarizing findings
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure their confidentiality
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to develop and improve laboratory processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during experiments
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods
- Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and advancements in the field
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance standards
