They are responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls efficiently to achieve specific business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers or clients following a prepared script to introduce products or services, provide information about features, prices, and benefits, and ultimately persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from existing or potential customers, address their inquiries, provide accurate information about products or services, resolve complaints or issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, database mining, and other lead generation techniques. Collect necessary information such as contact details, preferences, and requirements and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers or clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate solutions. Follow up on inquiries or leads promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing them with qualified leads, scheduling appointments or demonstrations, and updating them on customer feedback or market trends gathered through calls. **Preferred Location : Varanasi & Lucknow (UP)**:
