Synopsis of the role
Head of Technology Planning and Execution (India) supports the India Chief Technology Officer in managing the business of the
technology function. The broad range of responsibilities this covers includes Portfolio Management, Financial Controls,
Strategic/Operational Reporting, Process Standardization and Technology Controls Assurance.

What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and guide the P&E team to efficiently manage the operations of the Technology team for the Technology Leaders
- Collaborate and contribute to the assurance and strategy of the wider business with close collaboration with teams like Product, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Programmed Office, etc. to ensure robust and aligned plans which deliver regional objectives
- Drive “Big Picture Thinking”, rigor, consistency & predictability through establishing the appropriate governance and control framework in alignment with the Equifax Global standards
- Manage team to deliver the following areas contained within the function: Portfolio Assurance Strategic & Operational Reporting Process Standardization Vendor Management Financial Control Technology Controls

What could set you apart
- Management of working at a senior level within a Product Egg/IT Services organization running a portfolio of >$5m in an agile / market-responsive industry
- Evidence of developing and maintaining effective relationships across business and IT in a matrix-structure international organization
- Experience of setting up an IT PMO or implementing value-adding changes to an existing IT PMO
- Knowledge of waterfall and Agile project management approaches
