**Job Title: Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Integration Specialist - HRMS & Mobility**

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8+ years

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days

**Note**: Willing to work from Abu Dhabi for about 4 months during this tenure whenever requested by client

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a techno-functional SME for all Oracle HRMS modules and ensure alignment between business processes and technical implementations.
- Enable seamless integration for mobile services such as:

- Leave Management, Team Profiles, Payslip Access
- Business Travel, School Fee & Medical Reimbursements via image-to-request translation
- Letter Requests, Entertainment Booking, and Attendance Tracking
- Implement EBS workflows to support dashboards for pending requests and managerial actions.
- Collaborate with mobile backend developers and ensure API compatibility for high-performance, secure mobile use.
- Lead functional discussions, conduct requirement mapping, and provide integration strategy aligned with business needs.
- Maintain documentation, perform validations, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS with strong techno-functional expertise in HRMS modules.
- Proven experience in developing and consuming Oracle EBS APIs for both inbound and outbound integrations.
- Strong understanding of mobile-friendly integration practices, including image-based receipt processing and real-time data sync.
- Experience with tools like Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP, PL/SQL, and XML.
- Familiarity with non-functional requirements such as SSO, high performance, and push notification integration.
- Experience working in projects involving unified mobile app interfaces and multi-system integrations (e.g.,EBS, Appian, SPO, Intapp Compliance).

**Preferred**:

- Oracle certifications (HRMS, Integration tools)
- Exposure to service digitization and mobile transformation projects in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of Agile project methodologies.
