**Responsibilities**:Create 3D Animations**: Design and produce high-quality character and object animations using industry-standard tools such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

**Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning**: Work with rigging artists to ensure characters are properly rigged and can be animated with flexibility and ease.

**Motion Capture Integration**: Use motion capture data to enhance animations, refining and adjusting keyframes for smooth movement and realistic motion.

**Animation Sequences**: Create full animation sequences, including character actions, facial expressions, camera animations, and props.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team (including directors, designers, and modelers) to ensure that animations align with the overall project vision and technical requirements.

**Quality Control**: Continuously improve the quality of animation, ensuring that the motion is fluid, believable, and meets production standards.

**Feedback & Iteration**: Revise and refine animations based on feedback from clients, directors, and the creative team.

**Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in 3D animation, including emerging animation tools and software.
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing character and object animations.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Solid understanding of animation principles (e.g., timing, weight, appeal, anticipation, and exaggeration).
- Experience with motion capture integration and keyframe animation.
- Knowledge of character rigging and the ability to work closely with rigging artists to ensure proper deformation and flexibility.
- Strong understanding of camera work, lighting, and rendering in an animated environment.
- Ability to create smooth, lifelike movements and realistic expressions for characters and objects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to iterate based on feedback.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.
