To continue our mission, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing associate to join our team. As a Billing associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing medical billing activities for our virtual healthcare services. **Responsibilities**:
1. Review and verify accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information for virtual healthcare services.
2. Ensure timely submission of medical claims and invoices to insurance companies, government agencies, and patients.
3. Perform insurance eligibility verification for patients prior to delivering virtual healthcare services.
4. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or discrepancies in insurance claims.
5. Research and understand insurance guidelines, requirements, and changes related to billing and coding for virtual healthcare services.
6. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of medical services provided.
8. Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
9. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the finance team to accurately process payments and handle any billing-related concerns.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience working as a Billing Specialist in a healthcare setting, preferably virtual healthcare.
2. In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures, codes, and regulations, including knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
3. Familiarity with healthcare billing software and systems, especially AdvancedMD

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
