Customer Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring quick resolution.
- Communicate product updates, offers, and services to existing customers.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software with all interactions.
- Support in upselling/cross-selling company products and services to customers.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or client servicing (manufacturing/FMCD/building materials industry preferred).
**Compensation**:
- Salary: ₹2.5-3.36 LPA (depending on experience)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
