**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s online presence through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience for lead generation and conversion.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and qualified leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM systems.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the real estate sector.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
