**About the job**:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule consultations.
- Respond to inbound inquiries related to visa processes, eligibility, and documentation.
- Explain immigration services and visa options based on client profiles (e.g., student, work, PR, tourist visas).
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain and update client database and records accurately.
- Coordinate with counselors and documentation teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in immigration, overseas education, or travel consultancy.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Knowledge of immigration procedures and documentation is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).
- Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with immigration systems for countries like Canada, Australia, USA, UK, etc.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle objections and stress in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
