**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Hiring new employees
- maintaining inventories records
- **Communication Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between staff, clients, and vendors.
- Distribute internal communications and updates.
- **Office Management**:
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Support event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and team events.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking systems.
- Compile data for reports and analysis.
- **Project Assistance**:
- Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
- Track deadlines and ensure project milestones are met.
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet visitors and handle their needs professionally.
- Address client and stakeholder inquiries promptly and courteously.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in office administration or related field.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
