We are looking for a passionate executive to join our sales team. The Tender executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a Tender executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales
- Provide technical support to our client base.
- Review requests for proposals
- Outline project specifications and submission requirements
- Preparation of Construction Execution Plans and development of the most appropriate construction method for executing the Liaise efforts with other Construction Support Departments within the company.
- Build and maintain bid documentation.
- Prepare Method statements and Procedures for Construction support.
- Conduct industry research as per projects requirements.
- Prepare and compile Bids in accordance with Clients' instructions.
- Drive the formulation of order winning strategies with the team.
- Review RFQ documentation, technical and commercial specifications and then identify cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare tender documentation including cost summary sheets, technical compliance, risk assessments and approval documentation.
- Liaise with supply chain/factories for pricing purposes, develop and maintain relationships.
- Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
- Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.
- Proposals creation
- Process orders and hand them over to project managers for execution.

Educational Qualification Any Degree

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
