**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and engage potential clients to promote products/services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

**Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Close deals efficiently and ensure seamless client onboarding.

**Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
- Continuously track and improve performance based on KPIs.

**Requirements**:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
Passion for sales, networking, and relationship-building.
