**Responsibilities**:

- You analyze business/technical needs and translate processes into practice through the current Information Technology tool sets.
- You identify opportunities to enhance existing operations using new IT technology as a replacement for legacy systems and manual efforts.
- You implement new cross-functional/platform solutions through configuration interaction and creation of functional specifications, facilitating solution realization.
- You assume a leadership role in medium-sized initiatives by playing the key contributor, facilitator, or group lead across functional teams.
- You conduct cost/benefit analysis by evaluating alternative design approaches to determine the best-balanced solution, satisfying immediate stakeholder needs, meeting system requirements, and facilitating subsequent change.
- You provide cross-functional support and maintenance for responsible business/technical areas.

**Qualifications**:

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or have 10 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
- You have 5 years of IT experience and 3 years of SAP experience.
- You have the ability to explore and implement new processes and technologies.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a very good command of spoken and written English.
- You are willing to work flexible working hours as required on special occasions.
