We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage client relationships after the sales process. The role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, handling queries, maintaining client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sales process.
- Coordinate with operations, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in up-selling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
- Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments and documentation.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Team player with a proactive and positive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
