**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with **Pollution Control Board (PCB), Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), and Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF)** regulations.
- Obtain and renew necessary **environmental clearances, consents, and permits** for the factory.(CTO,CTE,EPR,HWA)
- Develop and implement **environmental and occupational health & safety (EOHS) policies** in line with legal and company standards.
- Conduct **environmental audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections** to identify hazards and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of **hazardous waste management, air & water pollution control, and ETP/STP operations**.
- Liaise with **government agencies, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders** for compliance matters.
- Conduct **safety training programs** for employees to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Investigate and report workplace **accidents, incidents, and near-misses**, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of **pollution control equipment** and safety systems.
- Stay updated on **environmental and safety laws** and implement necessary changes within the organization.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in EOHS roles within a red-category manufacturing unit.
- Strong knowledge of **PCB, CPCB, MoEF** regulations and compliance processes.
- Experience in **hazardous waste management, ETP/STP operations, and industrial safety measures**.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for interaction with regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge in ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018,9001:2015

**Communication skills**: Tamil ,English & Hindi

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in **Industrial Safety/Environmental Management** is a plus.
- Experience in handling audits and liaising with pollution control boards.
- Ability to lead **EHS awareness programs and training sessions**.

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Pay**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
