Job Location : Indore
- **Financial Record Keeping: o Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation of accounts. o Prepare and process invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.** Service Accounting: o Oversee accounting for service-based revenue, including tracking project expenses, billable hours, and service delivery costs. o Implement best practices for revenue recognition and expense matching for service contracts. o Prepare detailed financial statements and reports specific to service offerings. **Cross-Currency Transactions: o Manage and record financial transactions involving multiple currencies. o Handle currency conversion, foreign exchange (FX) gains/losses, and maintain updated exchange rates. o Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts impacted by currency fluctuations.** Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and process invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables. **Budgeting & Forecasting** Compliance & Reporting**:Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. **Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting with a focus on international crosscurrency transactions and service accounting.** Experience with managing complex financial transactions in multiple currencies. **Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho) with a strong understanding of multi-currency modules.** Strong analytical skills for financial forecasting and variance analysis. **Expertise in handling foreign exchange transactions and managing FX gains/losses**
