Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Relevant teaching experience in nursing education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Research experience and publication record (preferred).
- **Curriculum Development**: Contributing to the design and enhancement of the nursing curriculum.
- **Mentoring and Guidance**: Providing academic and career guidance to students, including counseling and support.
- **Research and Publication**: Conducting research, publishing findings in scholarly journals, and contributing to the advancement of nursing knowledge.
