- **Curriculum Development and Delivery**:Developing and updating course materials, including lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools.
- **Teaching and Instruction**:Delivering lectures, conducting seminars, and facilitating practical training sessions for nursing students.
- **Clinical Supervision**:Supervising students during clinical rotations in various healthcare settings, providing guidance and evaluating their performance.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Designing and administering exams, evaluating student assignments, and providing feedback on their progress.
- **Student Support and Mentoring**:Offering guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and professional concerns, and fostering their development as nurses.
- **Program Development**:Contributing to the development and improvement of the nursing program, including curriculum review and assessment of program effectiveness.
