Role Overview

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who will help our remote tech teams work efficiently and deliver high-quality results. You’ll coordinate team activities, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure smooth communication between developers, designers, and product managers.

This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international startup, improve your leadership skills, and grow in agile project management.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum meetings.

Support the team in following Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

Remove obstacles and ensure team productivity.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and management to ensure smooth workflow.

Track progress and maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Encourage continuous improvement and a culture of transparency and accountability.

**Requirements**:
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage time and motivate remote teams.

Experience with tools like Trello, Jira, or Notion (a plus).

Open to learning, collaborating, and contributing proactively.

Students, fresh graduates, and professionals looking to gain experience are welcome.
