**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media content, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and create high-quality visual solutions.
- Create original concepts, visual assets, and layouts while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for branding and campaign strategies.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and project leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Support the creation of visual storytelling elements for content marketing, including infographics and animated graphics.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 4-8 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience in digital marketing, branding, or a creative agency setting.
- **Proficiency in Tools**: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch and other graphic design tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative vision with the ability to transform concepts into engaging visuals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on design aesthetics and user experience.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in graphic design (both digital and print).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
