**Job Summary**

Are you confident, talkative, and passionate about sales?

iKore Pilates is hiring a **Telecaller for Outbound Sales** to join our growing team in Pune. This role involves **making 100-150 daily outbound calls**, engaging with leads, and **booking sales appointments** for our fitness and wellness services.

If you’ve worked in **telesales, BPO, customer service, wellness sales, or telemarketing**, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make daily **outbound calls** to potential leads and follow structured sales scripts
- **Convert inquiries into appointments or paid trials**:

- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
- Achieve daily and weekly **sales targets**:

- Coordinate with the studio and sales team for lead conversion

**Qualifications**
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in **telecalling, telesales, or outbound sales**:

- Strong communication in **English + Hindi/Marathi**:

- Ability to handle pressure, objections, and meet targets
- **Freshers** with excellent spoken skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged
- Familiarity with **CRM systems or Excel** is a bonus

**What We Offer**
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000/month
- **Incentives for conversions**: ₹300-₹500 per sale
