Site Supervisor

**Site Monitoring**: Assist the Senior Engineer in supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring smooth progress of work.
- **Labor Management**: Assign tasks to workers, monitor their performance, and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- **Execution Support**: Support in executing tasks as per the instructions of the Senior Engineer and approved project plans.
- **Material Handling**: Oversee the unloading, storage, and proper usage of materials to minimize wastage.
- **Quality Awareness**: Coordinate with the QC officer to ensure workers follow quality standards during construction.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure workers adhere to safety guidelines and report any safety issues to the Senior Engineer.
- **Daily Reporting**: Maintain records of daily progress, workforce attendance, and materials used, and share updates with the Senior Engineer.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and address minor on-site issues and escalate significant problems to the Senior Engineer or QC officer.
- **Site Cleanliness**: Ensure the site remains clean and organized for efficient working conditions.
- **Communication**: Act as a link between the labor force and the Senior Engineer/QC officer to communicate instructions clearly.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
