**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specified standards.
- Identify, document, and address any defects or issues, coordinating corrective actions with the production team.
- Monitor the consistency and uniformity of tiles in color, size, and finish.
- Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to implement and enhance quality control processes.
- Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in the production process.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during quality checks.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring product quality.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software is advantageous.
