Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Morbi, Gujarat

Experience: 2–3 Years (Sanitary Ware Industry)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector with strong knowledge of Sanitary Ware products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor inspections, warehouse quality checks, and basic vendor development support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and computer skills to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections of sanitary ware products at vendor locations and in the warehouse.
• Ensure all products meet defined quality parameters and company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for product improvements, defect resolution, and quality compliance.
• Maintain quality inspection records, reports, and documentation using computer systems.
• Support in vendor development activities to improve product quality and vendor performance.
• Inspect incoming stock and perform regular audits of warehouse inventory and packaging quality.
• Identify defects, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain proper handling, storage, and dispatch quality.
• Work with internal teams to enhance and implement quality processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection within the Sanitary Ware industry (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of sanitary ware products, quality standards, and inspection methods.
• Experience in warehouse quality handling and vendor inspections.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations for reporting and documentation.
• Basic understanding of vendor development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to vendor locations for inspections when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of industry quality standards, testing parameters, and inspection tools.
• Ability to prepare and maintain structured inspection reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
