Trading Services Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join our Trade Support team as a Trading Services Associate, where you'll ensure seamless trade operations through confirmations, reconciliations, and reporting while actively participating in meetings to showcase innovative workflows. With a focus on precision, you'll manage deliverables to maintain high SLA compliance and accuracy standards.

**Job Summary**
As a Trading Services Associate within our Trade Support team, you will be responsible for trade confirmations, trade reconciliations, trade reporting, trade repairs, Fails Reporting and follow-up, Processing of Time Deposits, Confirm-affirm for Muni Bonds etc. You will participate in Business and Operations meetings, effectively demonstrating and communicating workflows, best practices and technologies. You will also plan, schedule and manage all deliverables within the team, ensuring high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in meetings; demonstrate workflows and technologies
- Plan, schedule, and manage team deliverables
- Monitor deliverables for SLA compliance and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to procedures and best practices
- Address and escalate material issues promptly
- Review processes to enhance efficiency and controls
- Liaise with Manager for training initiatives and team duties
- Ensure team competence and career development

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Understand trade support in Investment Management or Banking Ops
- Analyze process flows for operational improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients and team
- Drive operational discipline in sensitive functions
- Adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks
- Maintain control orientation and risk awareness
