**Job Summary**

As a Trading Services Associate within the Agency Lending Department, you will support the daily operations of trade settlements, contract comparison, and billing processes. You will utilize your capital market expertise to work efficiently under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines, and collaborate effectively within teams. Additionally, your role will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

**Job responsibilities**
- Deliver solutions to meet client/customer/stakeholder needs which are aligned with firm priorities.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.**:

- Provide hands on leadership to the Agency Lending Trade Management/Settlements team.
- Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements
- Ensure day to day operations are managed within the key operational parameters determined.
- Align priorities to the broader business strategy.
- Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to improve results.
- Prioritize and deliver results to achieve business objectives.Identify issues and escalate as needed

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements will be an added advantage.
- Leadership skills to motivate and bind a team across geographies.
- Adaptable to change and ability to manage change.
- Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives.
- Logical & reasoning ability
- People management experience
- Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills
