Job Discription
- **Follow-up with Potential Customer**: Contacting inbound and outbound leads, Nurture leads based on sales funnel. Understanding customer requirement and suggesting service.
- **Developing Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with operation team to schedule the Home Inspection visit
- **Sales Strategies**: Devise effective sales strategies to boost company sales.
- **Sales Proposals**: Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Utilize social media platforms to generate customer interest and enhance brand awareness.
- **Sales MIS and Forecasting**: Create sales MIS and forecast reports and submit them to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred BMS/BBA in Marketing).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing.
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
- Ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Effective communication and exceptional customer service abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
