**Sales Manager (Investments)**

**Role Overview**: The Sales Manager (Investments) is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling investment products and services. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding financial markets, and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify potential investors and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of investment products (mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc.).
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create customized investment solutions based on client profiles.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations.
- **Networking**:

- Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, brokers, and other professionals.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) preferred.
- Proven track record in investment sales.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (required)
