**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Always adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with setup and implementation of Sensory Panel as needed.
- Clean and sanitize sensory glassware; assist in maintaining overall cleanliness in the sensory lab.
- Provide support to daily quality and sensory operations and tasks, including but not limited to:

- Clean glassware, dishes, and equipment.
- Maintain daily cleanliness of the quality lab and sensory lab.
- Prepare media and reagents for microbiological testing, yeast propagation, and chemical analyses.
- Sort, label, document and maintain retain library samples.
- Prepare sensory samples for true-to-brand sensory testing.
- Administer routine sensory testing collect associated data.
- Assist with daily sample collection.
- Arrange and ship out samples for external analysis.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained and used properly according to safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Other skills:

- Experience in a self-managed work environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience working in laboratory setting
- Ability to complete projects and work assignments with respect to deadlines

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 7 years (preferred)
