**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Create**: Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, advertisements, presentations, websites, and promotional videos.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs and animations align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality visuals on time.
- **Guidance from UAE**: Collaborate with and receive guidance from our head team based in the UAE, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and vision.
- **Research and Innovate**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
- **Feedback and Iteration**: Accept feedback gracefully and make necessary revisions to meet project goals and client expectations.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage all project files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics(mandatory), with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in design and animation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Cinema 4D, or other relevant design and animation tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all designs and animations.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve design-related challenges creatively.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 1 year (required)
- Motion graphics: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (preferred)
