**LATHE MAN OPERATOR**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Setting up the Lathe: Ensuring the lathe is properly set up for the specific job, including installing cutting tools, adjusting speeds, and positioning workpieces correctly.

*Operating the Lathe: Running the lathe to perform various machining operations such as turning, facing, drilling, boring, and threading according to blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions.

*Monitoring Operation: Monitoring the lathe during operation to ensure it is running smoothly and making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy of the machined parts.

*Measuring and Inspecting Parts: Using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to check dimensions of machined parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications.

*Maintaining Equipment: Performing routine maintenance tasks on the lathe such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools and parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the machine.

*Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during machining operations, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.

*Documenting Work: Recording production and inspection data, maintaining logs, and completing necessary paperwork or electronic documentation related to machining activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
