Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Associate to join our growing team. This role offers significant exposure across the investment lifecycle—including sourcing, financial analysis, diligence, and portfolio support. You will work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to strategic decision-making across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on industries, companies, and investment themes

Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses

Support due diligence processes including financial, commercial, and legal review

Prepare investment memos and presentation materials

Monitor portfolio performance and assist with reporting and analysis

Stay updated on market trends and sector developments relevant to our investment strategy

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles

Strong foundation in accounting, financial modeling, and valuation techniques

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and intellectual curiosity

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (CFA or MBA is a plus)
