**Role Overview**
The Skill s Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the backend systems and processes underpinning our organizational skill s strategy within
**Qualifications & Experience **
- Experience administering HR, talent, or learning management systems (preferably Cornerstone Galaxy or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill s.
- Ability to interpret and work with data models, taxonomies, or libraries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill s.
- Experience in a support or administrative role within HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management is preferred.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Capability Model Management**:
Create, update, and maintain capability and skill s models within Cornerstone Galaxy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
**Skill**s Library Governance**:
Administer the skill s library by adding, updating, and archiving skill s as needed. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
**Skill**s Validation**:
**Quality Assurance & Reporting**:
Regularly audit the skill s database for accuracy and completeness. Prepare reports and dashboards on skill s data, trends, and compliance for stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for skill s-related queries and provide administrative support to the skill s team and other stakeholders.
