**Job description**
- Graduate with +4 yrs. of experience in customer service & Operations in a reputed freight forwarding company.
- In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight. On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
- Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients.
- Handling all Export Free Hand /Nomination shipment from start to end.
- Resolving critical issues with the customers/overseas agents
- Checking Export & Imports Freight with shipping lines & overseas agents.
- Providing Freight rates to clients & agents and customs clearance cost.
- Booking the containers in INNTRA or on the website of Main Liner.
- Co-ordinating with Importer s, Exporter s, S/Line, Transporter s, Operations Staff.
- Answering the queries of the customers and updating them the status of their shipment.
- Prepare BL drafts and Follow up with the documentation team for Filing Shipping Instruction on INNTRA or on the website of Main Liner & arrange for first print.
- Follow up with documentation and finance for timely invoicing as per quotation and send them to clients.
- Releasing the HBL inhouse & MBL with liners.
- Follow up for Payment with customers internal and external before BL release.
- Capability to handle freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision.
- Timely job invoicing and preparing job reports.
- Highly aggressive, proactive and pre planned work style.
- Excellent written & oral linguistics skills.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
