Urgent Requirement Sales Representative for Branded Cycle Co., Guwahati Location.

**Salary**: 20k to 30k max nth, depends experience and current salary.

**Job Purpose**:
This position is responsible for strengthening Sales of Bicycle and Bicycle components in domestic market.

**Department**:

**Level/ Band**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Development of New & Existing Markets to increase market shares for Bicycles and Bicycle Components.

1) Accountable for

i) Sales Plan for assigned State.

ii) Increase sales in existing and new districts of the State.

iii) Appoint Dealers and Distributor as per company’s norms

iv) Resolve day to day issues of Dealers and Distributors in consultation with Area Manager.

v) Sales Projection for the region on monthly basis.

2) Assess market size and market penetration - Data analysis of market share and shop share; capture respectable market shares

3) Accountable for Payments Realizations, Accounts Reconciliation of Distributors and Dealers

4) Doing BTL Marketing activities.

5) Send Feedback and market reports on weekly basis to Area Manager for actionable points.

**Desired Profile**:

- Experience in all aspects of the Sales in Bicycle industry preferred. Else Bicycle tyre or spares industry experience preferred.
- Having good interpersonal relationship with Industry.
- Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills of local language.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Graduation

**Relevant years of Experience**:

- Between 1- 7 years of relevant Experience.

- Relationship building

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
