Role Overview:
As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for picking up orders from City Mall hubs or partner stores and delivering them safely and efficiently to customers' doorsteps. You will be the face of City Mall to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned areas.

Verify order details and ensure timely and secure delivery.

Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

Follow traffic rules and company protocols for delivery safety.

Collect payment (if required) and reconcile cash collections.

Report any delivery issues or delays to the support team.

**Requirements**:
Age: 18 years and above.

Valid Driving License (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler).

Vehicle (Bike/Scooter/Car) with valid insurance and RC (preferred).

Smartphone with internet connectivity (Android or iOS).

Ability to read delivery addresses in local language and/or English.

Basic understanding of navigation apps like Google Maps.

Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
