- ** Objective** - Moving from just monitoring end point devices to corelating underline reasons against any degradation in services. Going to focus upon What and Why and not just monitoring.
- Strong hands-on experience on data visualization.
- Ability to fetch data, analyze and able to produce measurable / visualized outcome.
- Strong experience / understanding of operating system architecture to help corelate the data points.
- Able to partner with cross functional product / platform teams discussing and driving resolutions.
- Ability to leverage project management practices while operating.
- Overall 10+ years' experience
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Must have experience in analyzing data and providing into excel format to business leaders.
- Must have experience working with any of end user monitoring tools such as ControlUp, Nexthing, Datadog, Dynatrace, Raygun etc.
