**Job Requirements**Key Responsibilities**
- ** System Configuration**: Implement and configure OpenText solutions tailored to meet business requirements, aligning with client objectives and existing workflows.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and design effective configurations that enhance document management and information flow.
- ** Testing & Documentation**: Conduct system testing on configurations and processes. Create comprehensive documentation to support practices and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- ** Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OpenText-related issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- ** User Training**: Train end-users on OpenText functionalities and best practices, ensuring they can utilize the system effectively.

**Work Experience**
- **Experience**: 6+ years of experience working with OpenText solutions or similar document management systems. Familiarity with SAP integrations would be beneficial.
- ** Skill Set**:

- Strong understanding of document management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing OpenText services.
- Familiarity with system testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration and training.
