THE INFORMATION COMPANY As the Information Company our mission at OpenText is to create software solutions and deliver services that redefine the future of digital Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management Your Impact Reporting to Technical Success Services Manager Senior Cloud Applications Consultant is responsible for ensuring quality technical delivery that involves administration and management of the OpenText Process Automation product suite for our worldwide customers The role is customer-facing and requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally both verbally and in writing What the Role offers Excellent grasp of the principles of OpenText Process Automation Platform version 23 x and above Mandatory experience in administration and management of the OpenText Process Automation platform Should have working experience on OpenText Process Automation Business Process Management BPM platform Entity Modelling low-code development OpenText Process Automation Entity Modelling classic development Business Processes Web Services Java Message Service JMS connector and integration with third party applications Package Deployments OpenText Process Automation Entity Representational State Transfer REST Application Programming Interfaces APIs Good to have working experience in the management of OpenText Process Automation Platform in Cloud Technologies like AWS or GCP or Azure with containerized deployments Proficient in OpenText Process Automation and OpenText Directory Services Installation Configuration Administration Good experience on Java JavaScript AngularJS html Xml web services and external system integration Should be able to work Independent in maintenance support troubleshoot issue and rectify bug Prior experience in developing maintaining and customizing UI new screen business rules workflow and reports using OpenText Process Automation Participate in the day-to-day administration of the systems including Incident Problem Management Change Release Management Proficient in the administration of SQL Server or Oracle Good understanding of object-oriented programming Web Services LDAP configuration and RDBMS concepts Working knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams Experience with at least one of CI CD build and deployment system Jenkins GitLab GitHub or Azure DevOps GitHub Maven Strong understanding of cloud native and container based distributed systems like Kubernetes Working Experience in Docker Docker compose Docker file Relevant Experience 5 -
