VACANCIES FOR THE POST:TELE CALLER We are looking for highly passionate, dynamic, carrier focused individuals who can join our hands to achieve our milestones Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services. Follow a script or set of guidelines to effectively convey product information and address customer inquiries. Generate leads by identifying potential customers and collecting relevant information during calls. Handle customer objections and provide additional information or solutions as needed. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to telemarketing, including obtaining consent for calls and respecting "Do Not Call" lists. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. **Requirements**: Proven experience as a telecaller or telemarketer is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets. Familiarity with CRM software and database management. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns. High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products/services. Compliance with ethical telemarketing practices and regulations.
