**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess the individual learning needs, strengths, and challenges of students with special needs.
- Develop and implement **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)** focused on literacy and foundational skills.
- Use **phonics-based teaching methods (e.g., Jolly Phonics, Orton-Gillingham, or similar)** to teach reading and spelling effectively.
- Adapt instructional materials to meet each student’s needs.
- Employ a variety of instructional techniques including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Track and report student progress to parents and other team members.
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other educators to support a holistic learning experience.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
