Yarn Dispatch related process handling at Factory and at another place too if required.Prepare documents related to Dispatch like Invoice, Packing List, VGM and Annexure related to Export.Assisting in Export procedure as require by Custom House Agent (CHA).Provides assisting related to documentation required by management for SOP.Update necessary portal for export like Seal update on portal and file VGM.Prepare Delivery Challan of Tirupur Office for outsourcing Yarn Dispatch.Provides assistance to Tirupur office for yarn dispatching from Vaibhav Laxmi and Tirupur office.Co-ordinates and provides assistance to Export team and Tirupur office regarding Yarn.
