**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate office staff, ensuring discipline and efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office schedules.
- Maintain and update all official records, files, and databases (staff, students, vendors, etc.).
- Handle correspondence, reports, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Assist in managing statutory compliances, audits, and inspections.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and other institutional activities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s or administrative training preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in schools or corporate offices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
