- Qualification: B. Sc. - Chemistry from recognized university.- Experience: Min 2 - 3 Years and above in MEE/ETP/RO in a LSI/MSI of Fine Chemicals, Specialty- Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, API, Bulk Drugs, Dyes & Pigments, Chemicals Company.- Language: Very good command on English, Hindi & Marathi.- Expertise: ETP/MEE/RO Operations/Analysis- Skills: Technical & Management Skills, Computer proficiency, leadership qualities and handling people.- Job Description:
- Monitoring ETP/MEE/RO operations.
- Analysis of daily effluent samples (PH, COD, TDS, MLSS, MLVSS, TSS, BOD, Nitrogen,
- phosphate, sludge volume, DO).- Preparation of daily report and send to HOD.
- Issuing daily Raw material to ETP/MEE/RO from store.
- Monitoring loading of sludge into " hazardous waste truck" and disposing to MWML.
- High TDS batches treatment planning.
- Influent source sample analysis.
- Performing Lab scale Experiments.
- Effective utilisation of Man, Machine & Material.
- Energy saving, Cost reduction.
- Maintaining Housekeeping of overall ETP/MEE/RO plant.
- Monitoring Safety activities of ETP/MEE/RO.
- Maintaining Documents as per ISO.
- Monitoring ETP/MEE/RO Maintenance activities.- On Job training for Contract workers.
- Salary/Probation:
- Probation Period: 6 Months and increment on confirmation.- Increment: Based on Performance after completion of 6 months probation period and later yearly- increment based on performance i.e. appr. 10% to 15% rise.- Other benefits: All statutory benefits, Mediclaim policy with family cover etc.- CTC: Monthly Gross Salary - Rs. 21, 500 /- to Rs. 24,00/- pm
